1. All the students are required to comply with rules notified by the VHIMS for time to time. The violation of the following instruction renders the student liable to strict disciplinary action such as fine or explosion from the Institute.
2. Fee should be paid according to scheduled. The Institute will announce the prescribe date for fee depositing on the notice board and therefore, takes not responsible to inform each student individually. A fine or Rs.100/- per day will be charged if the payment is made after due date.
3. Students are not allowed to collect funds for any purpose what so ever the period permission of the management of the Institute.
4. The Institute has the due right to recommmend penalty for the miss behaving in the classroom.
5. Students are absolutely not allowed to see the visitors during teaching hours or receive phone call accept in an extra ordinary circumstances.
6. No of students is allowed to passed exhibit prepare of distribute any poster, leaflet notice pump let or hand bill what so ever in the Institute premises.
7. Political or immoral activity of any kind is strictly prohibited in or around the premises.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Institute.
9. The Institute reserved the right to change any or all the rules and regulation at any time during the course of time in the large interest of the Institute or those of the student.
10. The Institute does not accept any liability or responsibility for any failer or delay in the performance due to any cause beyond it's control such as fire, natural disasters, power failer, riots, political interest or act of public authorities etc.
